These interlabial pads are a handy tool that can help in all types of ways.
Use them as a thin liner for light spotting before or at the end of your flow. Use them paired with a pad for an extra layer of protection or to help direct your flow onto your pad. Also use them on their own to help manage moisture from daily discharge. The list is endless but they are a great little tool for all sorts of menstrual conundrums.
Pads are made of 2 layers cotton flannel and can be used as an extra layer on top of washable pads or can be tucked or rolled then places gently into the folds of the labia.

Because these interlabial pads are made from scraps I do not offer a fabric selection at the moment and sets come with an assortment of patterns.
